All Items are served buffet style and are the minimum order of food from our Catering Menu is Ten servings (10). If your order does not meet this guideline, you are welcome to order individual items from our dinner menu. We will be happy to package these items in bulk if desired.
All food items are served in disposable containers, unless more formal presentation or chafers/warmers are required.
We provide all disposable plates, cups, napkins & eating utensils.
Chaffing dishes, china, glassware, silver ware & servers are available at additional charge.
Orders must be placed 24 hours in advance to ensure menu availability.
Special requests are accommodated, given advance prep time.
Delivery/Set-up charge is subject to location & requirements.
